Dear,
work with your PBX Manager, multi tenant, and we have a problem
for the tenant: Labomed, we have these 2 users example:
user1: lala-800
user2: lala-874
The user1, through your "User Portal" has access to "call forwarding" but user2 can not see the option "Call Forwarding", we send a screenshot,
both users are in the same tenant, the same pbx manager.
could you help please?

Login as admin, go to user extensions - user2 and make sure the Manage call forwarding in User portal settings is ticked.
