VM Skip initial Greeting in user extension

hi

is there a way to set in the extension under Other mailbox options that the voice mail should only play the instructions and skip initial greeting or play busy only, i know their is the option available when a caller is send to vm from a hunt list etc. however is this option available when a caller is sent to vm from the extension

any help would be appreciated
