I have configured a Polycom IP335 from the web interface to connect to the thirdlane server, and that works fine. One issue I have is when you use the features messages function (this also produces the same problem on an IP650), it dials the full extension (i.e. 201-EFOU) for tenant EFOU, instead of dialing just 201. If you hand dial 201, it goes directly to the voicemail box correctly. If you dial *98, that works as well. You just cannot use the messages button or function. Is there a simple resolution to this?
Thanks,
Alex
Auto Provisioning
At the moment, no I am not. Is there a good document for Thirdlane Version 7 (that is what i am using) for auto-provisioning setup?
In the meantime, is there anyway without autoprovisioning to get the message button to work?
Thanks,
Alex
yes, and that method is already defined in the auto-provisioning scripts.. are you not using them to provision the phones?
