Hello,
We just stood up our first production Thirdlane MTE system and upon initial testing with some internal beta users it appears voicemail messages are not playing within the Connect desktop or mobile apps. The VM's appear within the app but when you click to play the message nothing happens. We couldn't find any server side settings to manipulate but are still new to the product, any assistance would be helpful.

The issue has been fixed in Thirdlane Connect 2.0.1. Please upgrade if you haven't already.
We have that issue and not being able to listen to recorded calls....you are not alone.
