We're having an intermittent issue with voicemails being cut off at 30 seconds from inbound calls. The inbound caller will be speaking and the voicemail hangs up at exactly 30 seconds. Logs of the calls show "User hung up", indicating the caller's phone is hanging up. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution? We're currently running MT 9.1.2-37. Thanks in advance.

Hello Andrew,
What you described may be a call initialization problem when audio stream from your server does not reach your carrier's side leading to hangup on timeout. But usually this does not happen intermittently.
Best way to identify the problem will be by capturing SIP traffic on the system and checking what happened to the call.
