I am having problems registering Yealink T26 to my Multi Tenant server. I can register on a single tenant when I am on the same network. I have no problem registering Polycom, Grandstream etc to the same multi tenant server from the same network
not sure how to help you
not sure how to help you there. The yealkink that I have all all registering through an edgemarc (sip proxy). The other customers I know that use them also use sip proxies so I dont know where the problem resides. Given the recent security storm where many many models of phones are being tricked into giving out their sip credentials, its wise to carve out a separate vlan that registers via a sip proxy just so that PC's can reach them. Its also advisable to disable the web interfaces on the phones also.
is it the only phone on this network? maybe its just an issue of exhausting your limit for the nat'd device on that network? Don't use NAT. Put a sip proxy in at the customer site and let the proxy route the sip traffic between the private network and your mte box. Edgemarc is a really popular version, but dont let them talk you into the 'invisible proxy' setting. Just use it regular style and declare the 'outbound sip proxy' in your configs for the device and it works perfectly.
