Voicemail mailbox pins randomly disappear

Hi,

I have found on a few occasions now when going into an extension the mailbox pin is blank which seems odd as you can't save the extension without putting something in there.

For the most part I wouldn't normally consider this that big a deal as voicemails are sent to our mailboxes however I've found that doesn't seem to happen on the extensions where this has occured.

Any ideas on this?

If you are on 8.0.2.1 or 8.0.2.2 i think the next version (hopefully) will take care of that. We have had lots of problems with blank things and then they are there again. Probably because Uniserver keeps crashing. I see the update just came out.

Hi Alex,

We are now using 8.0.3.10 and this is still happening.
Seems to occur after the server is restarted or updated.

Apologies for the delay

No this occurs to random users. One of the extensions it occurs on is simply used for voicemail and has Connect disabled.

Let me know if you need any further information
