We have successfully registered handset and sip trunk – see below:

When we make an outbound call we get the following error ???

I think it maybe a NAT issue or an Outbound route issue but I can’t seem to sort it out.
Anyone got any ideas here ??
not sure what country you
not sure what country you are in and who you are using for an outbound trunk, without a backstory I cant even tell you if 0400596366 is even a valid string :)

none of your outbound routes
none of your outbound routes are setup for that type of dialing.
your routes are setup so everything starts with either a 1 or [2-9], there is no provision for zero. Create new outbound routes and you'll be ok. Those routes are for north america number plan.
Do you have an outbound route defined?
