Communications manager 7.5.2.1
Anytime I log into the Thirdlane GUI, I'm met with an error stating:
"Server returned error code = -1"
I get the same error when I attempt to access the license page as well as the dashboard. I've read through the forums here and seen suggestions to ensure connectivity to the license server is allowed through the firewall. I've verified the traffic is not being blocked by the firewall. I've scoured through log files and the only thing I can find related to this issue is the following line from /var/log/nginx/error.log

Any assistance on how to troubleshoot this issue would be appreciated!
