I am actually baffled that this feature is not already here since call forward always and busy are editable for the user portal from connect client. FM/FM has to be the single most useful feature in the user portal.

it is on our list of things to do. anything else from the old portal? does anyone care about blocking and screening?

Forced to give out the old portal mainly due to this feature.
Don't forget the pass CID option if allowed.
