Hi All, I have an issue were if I dial the number 011xxx it will on take the first 6 digits (011447) when the number is longer than that. Now If I dial the number in the phone and then press the DIAL it works. The first way is if I pick up the handset.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That will be a solution if phone is configured to get provisioning files from the system. Please note that you should be copying template files from /etc/asterisk/provisioning to /etc/asterisk/user_provisioning and modify them there. In other case they will be overwritten on appropriate template package update.

This issue got resolved with
This issue got resolved with me updating to the latest version from the previous. Really weird.
This would be with the dial plan of the phone. You will need to get into the CLI and edit the appropriate file in /etc/asterisk/provisioning so the generated config files will be correct.
