Greetings,
I am having an issue with freshly provisioned Cisco phones (SPA504G and SPA509G). When the handset is lifted, audio comes from both the handset and speakerphone. Caller and callee report no other audio problems.
I am using Thirdlane MTE 8.1, with Communications Manager at 9.0.2, Asterisk 11.25.3, and template bundle "ciscospa" version 0.9-3.el6 modified only to change output directory. The phones are on Cisco firmware 7.6.2.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Additional information can be provided if needed.
