Hi We have Jabra Pro 9400 headsets and started testing Thirdlane Connect. We have found the base station ringing doesnt work and the headset pickup. Is anyone else out there using these or have a list of compatible headsets if we do need to change

headsets are compatible with phone models, its not a thirdlane specific thing. If this is a phone and not just a headset that would be different, then your talking sip client vs asterisk thing. What phone are you trying to connect it to?
Depending on the phone, they usually offer some sort of EHS (electronic hook switch) so your headset can tell the phone to go off-hook.
