Connect mobile app stopped working on MTE

Hello,
Desk phones are working fine. Tenants can also sigh into the Connect mobile app on mobile or PC but an error says "no connection with telephony server. Calls via PBX are disabled" or you dial the 10 digit number and nothing happens. "tl-switch status" shows that all is running.

What is the output of tl-switch status command? Can you confirm that apiservice is running?
