Forbidden message when listening to selective recorded calls

We found that if you try to listen to a selective recorded call that was done by pressing *9 when logged into the portal as an individual extension, you get an error "Forbidden" in your web browser. You can listen to these calls fine if logged in as an administrator.

If it's a call that was recorded automatically (record all calls is set), then you can listen to the recording normally when logged in as an individual extension.
