iSymphony install with Thirdlane MTE and or Single

Hey Guys,

I have a future customer that I need to cook up a demo, it would be a big account.
I want to demo thirdlane as part of some solutions for them

does anyone know if iSymphony works with the new versions of thirdlane MTE or Single?

has anyone made a How To doc to install it correctly?

Hey @trinicom, we have it working on our MTE system. The thirdlane event hooks work nicely with the isymphony API for automatically creating extensions & users when you add/updated them in Thirdlane GUI.

You need to be careful though as it's still buggy and I'm still not holding my breath for their dev team to start supporting it again with updates or tech support. We've dumped thousands into license renewals over the years but realized we were wasting our money as they never released updates or answered our support tickets. We're using the latest version and current issues are lag (Much better than it was a few years ago), random Javascript crashes, and more recently an issue where calls appear in the parking lot hours after someone has already retrieved them.

ugh, so the version 3 of isymphony is not updated?
Man, I wish we could have an operator panel with Barge, listen and whisper :(
