Calling team/channel doesn't ring anyone

Unified Communications with Thirdlane Connect

Hi,

When I have a channel open and want to adhoc conferencel. I then choose users in there I want to call and confirm. I hear ringing but nobody else's connect client rings or gets notification of my call.

How do I resolve this?

Can you make user to user calls in Connect? What version of the platform and Thirdlane Connect are you using?

Yes, we can make user to user calls without issue

Windows client is

Version: 10.1.1
Build number: 10110003
Build date: 6/1/2020, 1:17:31 PM

Platform version: 10.1.2.2

Connect API version: 1.3.2
