We have an older TL MTE and get this error when we log into webmin:
system-status::list_system_info failed : Day '0' out of range 1..31 at /usr/libexec/webmin/proc/linux-lib.pl line 64.
It started with the new year. The TL interface & Asterisk don't seem to be affected.
The newest version of linux-lib.pl is quite a bit a larger than what is on the system.

We encountered the same thing
We encountered the same thing and a restart of the server appeared to have cleared the issue.
