incoming calls drop
setup a trunk: incoming calls drop after 30 seconds
not sure if anyone else have similar case

Did you ask your carrier why do they reject the request? Some aspects of it can be adjusted with trunk settings. This might be also an interoperability issue.
Please send your SIP packet capture to support@thirdlane.com so we could take a look at it.
