Select only incoming calls that went to IVR and user pressed 1

Hello, I wonder how I can select from the database (Asterisk 13, database pbxlogs, Thirdlane 9.1.4.14):

  • Incoming calls that went to IVR and user pressed the option 1
  • And incoming calls that went to IVR and user did not press anything

I appreciate your help.

Currently there is no special IVR report - we are likely to add that and other reporting enhancements  in the near future. If you have any specific requests - we'd love to hear them.
