On our PBX (14.1.3.50), welcome emails work, but voicemail emails are not.
User has an email, as the welcome email goes out.
Checkbox is checked for the email notification on new voicemail.
Checkbox is checked to attach the voicemail, also tried unchecked.
Checkbox is unchecked to delete the message.
No email is received, an nothing ever hits the postfix log when I tail it live with `journalctl -u postfix -f`, the last thing I see is a welcome email I just sent to verify that email was configured.

Is it a new installation on AlmaLinux 8 or are you still using CentOS 7? Also, as Alex already mention, do you have VM transcription enabled?

Doing more digging, the "other mailbox options" section had "sendvoicemail" as no. I changed it to yes, and the welcome email shows correctly, but no email is sent.
Why does that not match the checkboxes above?
