How about giving the user the ability to set their own source for the CRM screen pops? Isn't that better than having the administrator set it for everyone? It just seems more logical that way.

Ok, what I mean by that is
Ok, what I mean by that is some people may want to use Google as their default source and some people may want to use say, Whitepages instead. It seems to me that that would not only be a more logical way of doing things, but I'd imagine that it would be pretty simple to implement also.

I got an server IO Error. Did somebody knows what port do I need to open in the linux firewall to let the CRM Module to work?

just curious, why would the URL for sugarCRM or vtiger CRM or salesforce.com be different for each user of the same company?
