i have TL MTE and several tenants have the same issue that the ivr menu dos not start before 4.5 5 seconds which is enjoying, its silent even if they check the ring while waiting box and they selected 1 sec to start
any advice

I don't think its my itsp since some ivr dos start immediately
it might not be the ivr, create a feature code that calls the same ivr and dial that extension. that will tell you if its the ivr code or something else.
