I know there is an event hook 'Before Deleted', but one for 'After Deleted' would be extremely valuable. This hook could be used to do basic housekeeping when a user has been deleted (fired, laid off, quit). Archive old voicemails, call recordings, etc.

i think you want the 'before deleted' hook for that, because 'after deleted' would not let you archive email since it would be.. well.. deleted right? 'before deleted' should imply that you would perform X,Y,Z immediately when someone presses 'delete' just before they system does what it does as a delete action.
