We have inbound numbers from the same carrier, both toll-free DID's and regular DID's.
The regular DID's ring normally for the caller, but the Toll-Free one does not, even though they follow the same inbound routing.
Is this a problem with the Carrier providing the DID's or within TL MTE?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, should have put that
Sorry, should have put that info in the post.
Instead of ringing, the caller hears nothing. When TL answers the call with a voicemail message or an IVR, the caller hears that just fine.
I figure most folks would hang up if they did not hear anything for 10-15 seconds, I know I would.
Does that help?

considering how many people run MTE, myself included, I doubt highly that you'd be the first to somehow discover a flaw in MTE so critical :) . In other words toll free numbers work fine for us.
so what do the toll free numbers do when called? Do you show them reaching the asterisk box at all?
