ztdummy and zaptel appear to be running correctly.
Do I need to recompile zaptel?
Can you offer instructions,
Can you offer instructions, ie a "how to"?
I see that we are running the latest ISO that has zaptel via an rpm, if that makes any difference.
Sorry to be so dull, just would like to do this right the first time.
zaptel.i386
zaptel.i386 1.4.12.1-1.el5 installed
zaptel-modules.i386 1.4.12.1-2.6.18.92.1.2 installed
zaptel-source.i386 1.4.12.1-1 thirdlane
couple of options, do you
couple of options, do you want the easy or the hard?
hard: compile zaptel for your new kernel
easy: edit /etc/grub.conf and set your preferred kernel back to the 18-92.1.2 smp kernel you already have modules for.
hard isnt really hard, unless you've little experience with it.
I think what you did was update the Linux kernel in the process. If you do that, you then need to do another make install for the zaptel code. Reboot afterwards, and you should be good to go.
