Here is my situation. I am using MTE. I have an Analog Telephone connected to a Linksys PAP2T-NA. I am trying to find a way to transfer a call to an extension and/or phone number.
My problem is that when I press *33 or *34 (or any key for that matter)... Asterisk is not doing anything... The CLI shows no indication that I pressed anything or that it was doing anything.

by default, ATA's have their own star codes mapped to sip functions. If you want to use these you will have to program the ATA to allow for it. Some ATA's will pass it, others have to have theirs disabled first. Additionally to use the codes in features.conf the Dial command has to have those flags set...
