Hi,
How i do to change caller-id display to show another string like SecuritySocial.
Example.
Incoming Call
IVR play 'Enter your security social number'
Getting digits
Change Display.
Sofphone show '16710087'
Can i assing for each extension a limited numbers of channels for multilines phones.?

That type of thing can definitely be done.
You would have to write a few lines of custom code & integrate it into the scripts. You would also need to record a few prompts; check for valid input, confirm input etc.
If you really need it, you could post a bounty & someone might take it up.
