We had the preference "Issue reload after every change" set to yes, but found it was not working. Even after setting it to no, and manually clicking the "Reload PBX" also did not reload the system.
We had to ssh into pbx and issue from the command line: "reload" to get our setting changes to apply.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Do we just need to reboot the box?
