Backup/Restore to new machine, now cannot connect to mysql for CDR records

MTE PBX Manager 6.0.1.72

Here is our CLI error:

[May 29 09:41:42] ERROR[14331]: cdr_addon_mysql.c:159 mysql_log: cdr_mysql: cannot connect to database server localhost.

Here is our GUI error:
Could not connect to database.
Access denied for user 'asteriskuser'@'localhost' to database 'astcdrdb' Please verify your System Settings -> CDR Settings.

CDR settings and TL MTE version are identical on both old/new.

Is this an easy fix or major problem?

install your database and setup username and permissions.

I have User Error through the GUI when I tried to access user extensions however the list is there.

I saw some

ERROR[8743] cdr_addon_mysql.c: cdr_mysql: cannot connect to database server localhost.

on the /var/log/asterisk/messages but the problem is fixed, I can connect to the database.

Any clue?
