I am setting up a demo multi-tenet pbx server to test before I buy. I have the trunk set up and working and I was able to get an SPA 941 to auto provision.
My multi-tenet pbx server is on a public IP address and my sip phone is behind a router. The issue is that the multi-tenet pbx server tries to send it's packets to the non-routeable ip address that the phone got from the router (ie 192.168.1.113). Which makes it impossible for the phone to server and extension to connect.
Has anyone else had any issue like this.
I have a freepbx box with SPA941 in the exact same configuration and I don't have this issue.
Any advice?
