Disable vm-intro.gsm playback.

Hello everyone,

Its just a stupid question, but I really cant figure this one out. Neither in the Admin Guide, User Portal Guide and the forums.

One a user has recorded their own greeting for the voicemail, how do you disable the playback of "vm-intro.gsm"? I cant seem to find the option via the web interface.

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried to put s in "other mailbox" options under Voicemail Settings for the user extension.

I suspect that is not the correct place, as I keep hearing the instructions.

Do I need to edit the "tl-goto-userextension" macro, adding the s flag?

'other mailbox options' sets up options for the extension in voicemail.conf similar to attach=yes|hidefromdir=yes etc.
