broken pipe error

Getting this error that seems to have popped up, but doesn't seem service affecting (yet). Going over the digium bugs, it looks like a crash of some sort but nothing listed for my version of asterisk 1.4.22

[Aug 20 08:50:07] ERROR[16701]: utils.c:966 ast_carefulwrite: write() returned error: Broken pipe

This wasn't occurring after I installed PBX Manager. Tried restarting asterisk/pbx manager as well as a reboot.

I also see this error since upgrading to the new GUI 6.0.1.74

the bug isnt because of pbxmanager, its tied to specific versions of asterisk and the specific version of of the OS, php, etc.

I get this error on asterisk 1.4.25 running on CentOS 4.6 every time I execute an AGI script...

[Aug 20 16:21:21] ERROR[28449]: utils.c:966 ast_carefulwrite: write() returned error: Broken pipe

(which btw doesnt keep the agi from running)

yet I never get this problem on CentOS 5.3 with 1.4.24.1 or 1.4.26.1 on an MTE server using the same AGI script
