We recently added administrators to TL MTE Version .74. We unchecked Manage All Tenants because we want administrators to only be able to manage the tenants they add after they log in. If you leave it checked the newly added admin can manage all tenants. After creating the new admin and login... the system prompts you to add a tenant. Which we do. After doing that.. we cannot see the newly added tenant. If you login as the root... and go back to the Administrators page in TL, and edit the newly added administrator... the checkbox for "Allow Manage All Tenants" checkbox is missing. Anyone else seeing this?
Clarify...
We have MTE environment with customers (resellers) that create their own tenants up to .74 everything worked fine. we added a client and gave them admin rights to create and delete tenants. Those tenants were only visible to them and the root admin.
Since today (or at least today we noticed) that this doesn't work anymore.
As an admin you still can create but don't appear in your screen anymore. Than the root admin has to go in and assign tenant admin manually...
Can anybody advice please!!! As our businessmodel depends on this feature .... AARGH!
Ok.. my bad for not reading ... I understand admins are assigned at the Tenant Settings screen... This still doesn't really help us because we add tenants who have resellers (different companies). Meaning every time they add a new reseller... we have to go in as a root.. find that new tenant, and add assign the admin account for our client who has the reseller. There should be a checkbox when adding administrators that says "Can only manage tenants added through this login" from the System Settings Admin menu. or something to that effect.
