i just realized in find me follow me if the option Ring my phone and the numbers below for " " secs is selected, when a call comes in and you answer it at the base extension it also gets the confirmation option and it is very enjoying, to have to accept a call at your office desk
the easy fix is it should be set Ring my phone and if it is not answered in " " secs but I'm just checking if there is something that could easily fix this issue

The 2 bigger problems..
1 the system plays you a message stating you have an incoming call.. well gee no sh*t, how about the caller ID information..
2 if you hit 1 you get connected, BUT if you hit 2 the caller gets hung up on, it needs to send the call to voice mail it something like that, just hanging up on them is acceptable..
I don't know what script its using but it should us something like tl-screen which dumps to NA voice mail
my 2 cents on this feature..
