When I record the calls with #9 they are not in User portal - recorded calls or in PBX manager - call history - recorded calls. I can see all the files in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor folder.
When I configure record all calls this is OK.
I use asterisk 1.6.0.13 and PBX manager 6.0.1.76.
Any idea what's wrong?

No I didn't have sox installed. Now it's all ok. Is there any other application which I need to install when installing thirdlane manually?

OK, I found another 2 reports of the same issue but I didn't find solution. It is the same issue when 2 files are created for every recording - 1 for caller audio and 1 for callee. But these are not combined to 1 file.
Does anybody know what it was and how to fix it?
