What type of firewall router is recommended to help with QoS issues and is being used by anyone?

the BGNV Sip proxy. It does traffic shaping, is a fully robust firewall, does 802.1Q vlan tagging so your phones can exist in a different vlan, has extra DHCP programming to use with auto-provisioning, and, of course, has an integrated sip proxy so no nat traversal issues.
