Is it possible that a incoming call rings on a registered device and on a cellphone simultaneously? If i answer the call in the cellphone, would the extension be set to busy?

i wonder if its possible to manage find-me / follow-me when im logged on as root and go to extension and choose the extension or do i have to go to extension and click user portal?

you have to do it from the
you have to do it from the user portal (either logging is as that user, or entering the user portal as admin from extension list)
I'm not sure since I never tried it but you might try when you set the extension to 1 concurrent call limit it should work
