What is the best way to call this file, for handsets to pick it up?
Do you rename it by MAC Address?
What if I want multiple phones sharing the same directory, should I just rename it and manually edit the ${MAC}.cfg file?
Thanks,
Chris A

its macaddr-directory~.xml and its in whatever subdirectory you define in CONTACTS_DIRECTORY of the mac.cfg file. your polycom phone uploads this file whenever entries are added to the contact directory of the phone; if you push a new file after entries are added to the phone they will blow away all the previous entries.
