I have a few polycom 650s configured and working properly but i cant seem to get my headset to work . I am using the plantronics H651N. any advise will be helpful

Pressing the Headset button
That's correct I hear nothing on the H251N when I pres the headset button. I then connected a second handset in the headset port and I can hear dialtone when I press the headset button through the second handset. BTW the headset works on a cisco 7960

did you use the correct
did you use the correct polaris cable to plug into the headset port. I use H251N's all the time, they work great.
as in you hear nothing when you press the headset button on the phone?
