Hi, Currently when some one call to our PBX MTE from the PSTN, we get the Caller ID with the AreaCode and Phone Number.
Example 26561234 That means 2 for Santiago and the 6561234 is the local number. As all our tenants are configured to dial 9 to get line and then need to dial thenumber, the feature of the phone to call back the missed call is not working because the Calling number have not included the 9.
Any idea how we can solve this?
Need to be a configuration in the PBX or in the User Agents? currently we are using Linksys and Polycom phones.

dialing 9 to get an outside line is left over from pre-historic PBX's in the 1980s. My first reccomendation is to GET RID OF DIALING 9. You dont do it at home, you dont do it on your cell phone so its not like letting someone dial 10 digit is going to confuse them.
2nd suggestion, put in a 10 digit pattern and just dont tell anyone that straight 10 digits work.
3rd suggestion... total pain in the ass.. re-do the digit map on EVERY SINGLE PHONE to add the 9 for you.. lots of work, crappy reward.
