Hi All,
in MT version, i'm getting an error when setting DID to extension. After clicking save button on extension editing form, an error page is shown with no more information. All seems to be ok, did, extension and inbound route, but fails on incoming call with a message like 'no such extension in from-outside-redir context'.
As a workaround, i've created an 'all time' schedule and asigned manually to inbound route and all is working fine.
Anybody getting an error like this? Maybe i'm doing something bad?
Thanks,
Iñaki

Hi Matt,
comparing with another tenant i've found that i didn't copy the default schedule 'tl-allhours'.I've created an schedule with that name and now all is working fine.
Thanks for your response,

same issue
I have the same issue with assigning DID's. have to manually go back to the inbound route that is created and select a schedule. once i complete that task the DID functions correctly.

are you cloning the thirdlane
are you cloning the thirdlane tenant?
when you create a tenant are you selecting 'copy schedules'?
does the tenant your cloning have the 'tl-allhours' schedule?
I am using .76 and am not experiencing this.
Did you try to reload the module?
