It would be nice to have a breif description of what is expected or what items are. Maybe when the pointer hoovers over canreinvites a breif description show up.

Descriptions for items in interface
That would be fine, as long the descriptions are not to long and can be understood by average users.

How about a help page for each page - rather than for each field? This way you could read info about related items at the same time - rather than one at a time by hovering?
