We are using thirdlane mte. I have a customer that wans to be able to from the main ivr menu press 2 for support. and then If A feature code has been dialed plays a special message for support. otherwise it goes and dials a queue just like normal.

Why not create and point the main IVR menu option 2 to a Sales IVR menu that would play the special sales greeting and if nothing is pressed start to ring a Queue or hunt list.
You could offer more IVR menu items in the support IVR such as press 1 or PC support, for phone support press 2 and go to seperate ring groups or queues for support.
