Hello There;

Just setting up version 6.0.1.72 of the MT edition. I've set up and activated the trunk for one of our sip providers and am now trying to add a DiD. The adminsitrator manual doesn't really explain the process. I've gone into Did's and Trunks / DiD's and selected DiD however when every I try to enter in a single DiD for this customer, it gives me an error that the did is invalid. I've tried every format I can think of 1********** 1-***-***-**** ********** 1**********

Any help would be appreciated.

We have purchased the license but not yet recieved it so I'm not sure if this makes a difference. The trunk appears to be connected when I look at the status page and also at the SIP providers status page.

why? the website is on 6.0.1.79 now... if you start having problems we really cant help you because they might have already been addressed. In which case we'll think you broke something somewhere since when we try to re-create the problem, it will work correctly for us.

as far as the DID, have you tried straight digits, no symbols?

It appears that upgrading to the latest release has resolved this challange!
