easy fix, change the default theme back to the them called something like 'original webmin theme'.

I like to keep root with this side frame so i go back in as root and change root's personal choice from 'default' to the 'blue framed theme'

changed to old webmin theme and the side bar is still there for all network admins

You didn't follow directions. Change global default to old webmin theme

did exactly that still same results

NO you didn't. I just looked again. Your default theme is set to blue framed theme.

You can change the theme on two places, one for the machine (that's what erik described) but you can also overide this in the webmin user section, best to set the user settings to global and then change the global settings

for root even if the url is set https://mte.ip.com/asterisk when you enter the user name and password and press login you are always re routed to url https://mte.ip.com/ which is the webmin page then you have to go to servers >> Thirdlane PBX Manager i only want to hit the webmin page whan i go directly to https://mte.ip.com/ not being forced every time i login

as long as a user has rights for more then 1 module (in the default theme) it will be redirected to the webmin pages in stead of the asterisk module.

If you remove all modules, except thirdlane, the asterisk module will be shown.

I suggest you use the root (or even better another username) for maniging the system and a asteriskroot username for managing the thirdlane enviroment, if you would only grant this user only the thirdlane module, then it will only see the thirdlane module
