HI,
One of my customer is having 10 extensions. Right now i have created an Hunt List all the phones are ringing at a time. But he want such a way like that it should ring only avaliable extensions.
I mean if
Ex: If 100 is on the phone it should ring on 101 if 101 on call it should not ring on 100 and 101 directly it should ring on 103. if 100 or 101 are free than it should go to 100 only.
Can any body please help on this Issue
