Intermittantly when incoming calls come in to a tenant's IVR, NVFaxDetect cant be found and the call gets dropped:

How can I turn off fax detection, or at least stop looking for NVFaxDetect?

re-publish the ivr and it should remove the line trying to use nvfaxdetect
make sure that the application is deleted in /usr/lib/asterisk/modules
