When Allow tenant to manage Caller ID is set to no, it seems to limit on the extension level as well
(to set different outbound caller ID on each extension, but no original CID in user portal,)
Is there any work around for this to allow the tenant to manage, only the admin,

is there a way just to block show original caller ID in user portal and not the entire tenant ?
no, thats exactly what that option does, it disables all callerid except what is defined under the tenant settings.. it does not simply hide the menu options from the tenant admin.
