Greetings;
I have a customer who wants to be able to dial in a feature code or special extension with a PIN while in the IVR and get an outbound line to make a call...
Example: Employee calls 800 number from Florida to New York from their Cell Phone. when the IVR comes on, they enter a code or extension plus a PIN and get a dial tone allowing them to dial out and avoid long distance on their mobile phones
Is this possible?

yea the application is called DISA
you want to use an application like Authenticate for them to enter a pin number.
The Log application is useful so you can record the event for historical reference of who called.
